ZASLON JSC carries out a set of measures for the verification, configuration and adjustment of sea-based and air-based radiopositioning complexes, communication systems and on-board computing systems.

LABORATORY, EXPERIMENTAL AND TESTING FACILITIES

Adjusting and Testing

The main tasks when adjusting and testing are:

Commissioning of modern radiopositioning complexes in anechoic chambers
Checking, tuning and testing of on-board digital computing devices
Testing and tuning of modern microwave devices using equipment from leading world manufacturers:
- transmitting devices with the capacity of over 2 kW
- receiving devices with the dynamic range of over 80 dB
- pulse amplifiers with the power of over 200 W
- low-noise amplifiers, filters, splitters, etc.
Automated inspection of cable products and switching units
Development of automated workstations for checking digital, analog and microwave devices.

Each stage of the inspection is supported by engineers from the Quality Control Department. All products are subjected to mechanical and climatic tests during the production process.

Our equipment makes it possible to test on:

vibration strength and vibration resistance
thermal cycles
the effects of high and low temperatures of bulky products, moisture, frost and dew

ALL TEST EQUIPMENT IS CERTIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF GOST R8.568 and GOST RV 0008-002.
