In today's context, the concept of "quality" applies to production and is seen as a complex component that includes quality of:

• final product

• management

• delivery and performance

• employee engagement

The primary goal of JSC ZASLON in the field of quality is to create superior, competitive products that meet the current technical level, satisfy customer requirements and expectations, and ensure a stable improvement of the organization's financial position when selling them.

The main means to achieve this goal is the Quality Management System (QMS).

JSC ZASLON has implemented and operates a QMS certified for compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and additional requirements of GOST RV 0015 002-2012.

The QMS applies to the development, production, testing, installation, assembly, maintenance, repair and sale of products, as well as the development of special products in the classes of UCS according to the list in the certificate of compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and the additional requirements of GOST RV 0015-002-2012.

Each employee of JSC ZASLON is a participant in the process of creating products for the customer. Each individual at their workplace has an impact on the quality of the end product, looking for ways to improve the product to meet the level of the world's best examples.

The priority areas of JSC ZASLON's QMS are:

• continuous improvement of the scientific and technical level as well as the marketability of products through the improvement of development and production processes

• focus on advanced technologies, mastering of new technological processes, development of production capacities to fully meet customer expectations

• development of mutually beneficial trust-based cooperation with consumers and maintenance of long-term mutually beneficial partnerships with suppliers

• careful selection of suppliers and continuous interaction with them in order to improve the quality of purchased materials and components

• development of advanced training system for highly qualified scientific, engineering and working personnel for the development and production of machinery with a high level of quality, maintaining favorable conditions for the professional development of employees

• active involvement of the Company's personnel in quality improvement activities by developing an effective incentive system, supporting personnel initiatives and an environment conducive to the realization of creative opportunities, ensuring team cohesion, developing administrative controllability, corporate and business culture

• development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and GOST RV 0015-002-2012, maintaining it in working order. Use of the QMS as a mechanism for managing the Company
